If I were a Charpenter...
Subject: If I were a Charpenter...

Charky here,

On our balcony, where Mom lets us run free for many hours at night, there are grooves inside the track for the hurricane shutters. These grooves needed patching because we are in the middle of hurricane season, so Ashy and I decided to help Mom out.

We created a special kind of bunnymade "tile grout" by pooping and peeing like horses in the groove until it was full, then stomping it down compact. A few days in the hot Florida sun cooked it real nice. HAR-HAR. We thought Mom was going to be proud of us. We didn't tell her anything, waiting for her to be delightfully surprised...

The other day, when some tropical depressions approached close by, Mom decided to test the hurricane shutters but she couldn't move them! Our job had been so perfect that she didn't understand what was going on. Then she realized, grabbed a screwdriver, and started digging into the groove to get all our poop out.

::HaRUMPH:: Mom doesn't understand that we were just trying to help.

But it was so well compressed that she couldn't - we had done such a superb job of caulking! It took her hours, plus a hammer, to clear the groove. Poop dust was flying everywhere in the summer sea breeze! It helped bring out the natural blonde highlights in her hair. HAR-HAR.

Now she has the grooves covered with bath mats, so we are pooping on the mats in a nice straight row, which resembles the groove underneath.

::THUMP:: ::THUMP:: :: THUMP::

Are there any other skilled handibuns on PB who help repair things around the house?

The Charpenter and his assistant, Ashy.
